  • Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping within a 5-kilometer radius of most franchise outlets. However, for franchise outlets located beyond this 5-kilometer radius, a nominal shipping fee may apply based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, location, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery Address: We deliver to addresses within the specified delivery areas for each franchise outlet. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout falls within the designated delivery area. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by addresses outside these areas.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been delivered, it will be considered complete. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the order after delivery, including but not limited to theft or damage due to weather conditions.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the designated delivery areas and do not provide international shipping services.
